Absolutely! Our meal planning membership is designed with beginners in mind. We provide step-by-step instructions and notes to ensure that you cook each recipe perfectly the first time whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cook.

How can I access my weekly meal plan?

Every Friday at 9:00 a.m. EST, your meal plan plus your shopping list will be delivered to your inbox. Your shopping list will be organized by category and will make your grocery shopping a breeze.

How many dinner recipes do I get per week?

Every week, you will receive a set of 5 dinner recipes that are customizable to fit your schedule. For instance, if the meal plan suggests broiled salmon, cilantro-lime rice, and freshly charred green beans for Tuesday, but it’s more convenient for you to cook that meal on Thursday then go for it. Feel free to substitute one of the other options for Tuesday.

I’ve tried other meal plans, but it didn’t work, will this one work?

Our meal plan is easy to follow and understand. You don’t have to log into different systems as your weekly meal plan will be delivered straight to your inbox. It’s important to note that you know your schedule better than anyone, so I suggest that upon receiving your meal plan for the upcoming week you take these 3 steps to make the most of your meal plan:


1) Look at your schedule for that week and note down everything you have going on.


2) Decide on the number of days you will be able to realistically cook that week.


3) Look at your meal plan, and decide which days you can cook which dinner. Customize the meal plan to best fit your schedule. If you’re really busy on a particular night, opt for a dinner that’s quicker to make.
